It empowers educators through subject-specific training in Mathematics, Science, English, ICT, and Physical Education, alongside general educational workshops on creative and critical thinking, classroom management, peer observation, lesson planning, read-aloud techniques, parental engagement, child safeguarding, and the use of locally available resources.
