KISC is a K-12 international school in Nepal with both Middle States Association (MSA, American) and Cambridge International Examinations (British) accreditations. Established by United Mission to Nepal (UMN) and International Nepal Fellowship (INF) in 1987, KISC has become a reputed international Christian school in Nepal. In 2007, HDCS was awarded the ownership of KISC by the Government of Nepal’s Ministry of Education.

KISC was established with the hope that missionary families who came to serve Nepal and would not have to leave the country due to their children’s education. Today 30 different nationalities of students and teachers are at KISC. It is a school that ensures quality education along with the values of community, love, grace, excellence, and justice.KISC’s Vision is, “To be living witnesses of Christ’s love through excellent education”.

The school further provides student support, pastoral care while creating an environment where children learn to respect and understand the culture of Nepal.
