Community Radio Initiative Nepal (CoRIN)

CoRIN was founded in May 2008 to provide communities in Dadeldhura and Okhaldhunga Districts with vital information on health, education, and agriculture through radio broadcasting. Over time, its mission has expanded to include disability awareness, cultural enrichment, and social services. Radio remains central to CoRIN’s work, delivering essential knowledge on public health, natural disasters, social challenges, and community needs. Beyond broadcasting, our team visits villages to listen directly, identify concerns, and amplify the voices of the poor and marginalized to authorities and organizations. By bridging communities and support systems, CoRIN continues to serve as a trusted voice for welfare, resilience, and inclusive development.
